The data operator is NONA TECH LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates). By using the site and voluntarily sending information to the operator, the visitor confirms they have read this policy. ## What data is processed The operator may process a name, email address, phone number, company details and the content of an enquiry, as well as technical data sent by the browser: IP address, device details, cookies, referral source and actions on the site. ## Purposes of processing - responding to enquiries and preparing proposals; - arranging business communication; - keeping the site running and secure; - analysing the quality and relevance of the content; - meeting statutory requirements. ## Legal grounds Data is processed on the basis of the subject’s consent, the need to conclude or perform a contract, the operator’s legitimate interests and the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. ## Storage and retention Processing is carried out with or without automation. Data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing or the law require. Once the purposes are met, data is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise. ## Data transfer The operator may pass data to contractors that provide the site, communications, analytics and infrastructure, only to the extent needed for the task at hand. Transfer to other parties is allowed with the visitor’s consent or where the law requires it. ## Visitor rights A visitor may request information about processing, ask for data to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw consent.
